Shipping

Our shipping prices for Pendants, Rings, & Chains are set at a flat rate of $2.95. Due to the uniqueness in size & weight of our other items the shipping prices will vary by item and will be displayed upon checkout. All shipments are sent via USPS and will be processed within 2 business days (Monday-Friday) of receipt of payment. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen shipments. International orders (shipments outside the U.S.) may be subject to import duties and taxes. These duties and taxes are levied by the destination country's government and are solely the responsibility of the recipient.

Orders & Pricing

All prices displayed on www.flourishglass.com are in U.S. Dollars. International orders will be processed in U.S. Dollars. We use PayPal, an industry leader, to process all orders and we accept all major credit & debit cards. All orders placed by residents in the State of South Dakota will have Sales Tax automatically applied at the rate of 5.92%.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with the item(s) purchased, please email Flourish Glass within 7 days of delivery to discuss return options. Returns will only be accepted if postmarked within 7 days of receipt of the original shipment. Agreed upon returns must be in new condition with original packaging for a full refund. Remember, we are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen shipments.
